Your next six-figure ad.
For ecommerce brands already scaling with Meta ads. I find the cold ad that takes over when your winners wear out, prove it in your account in 14 days, then keep it selling for as long as it lasts.
You pay me nothing until a new ad beats your best one.
This is what you’ll get.
Three ads I made to pitch brands I’d like to work with. Yours are built the same way, for your product and your customers.
-

You check your jaw as you read it. Most people find it clenched.
-

It names the excuse people make for skin that’s still red.
-

A private worry, said without ever naming it.
Names and packaging belong to the brands.
Your best ads are wearing out.
Most accounts lean on two or three cold ads. Meta shows them until people tire of them, cost per purchase creeps up, and nothing new is ready to take over.
1 in 20
new Meta ads becomes a winner. A winner spends at least ten times what the typical ad in its account does.
Motion, Creative Benchmarks 2026: 578,750 ads across 6,015 accounts.
So the next winner has to be found before you need it. That’s my job.
- Your winner today
- Your next winner
- New versions that keep it going
- Where most brands start looking
An illustration, not data.
A new winner before you need one.
Winners are rare, so you get volume: 14 new angles, each built as four static ads. Your part is mostly hitting publish.
-
Find
14 new angles, ready to publish.
I study your product, your reviews and the ads carrying your account today. Then I write 14 new angles and build each one as four static ads, in your colours and your voice.
Your partNothing to brief.
-
Prove
Proof in your own account.
They run next to your best ad for 14 days. Meta decides where the money goes, and your own Ads Manager shows which angle won.
Your partHit publish.
-
Produce
A winner that keeps selling.
When one wins, I keep it fresh with new hooks, new layouts and versions for people who already know you, so it holds spend for as long as it can. Meanwhile I’m already testing the one that replaces it.
Your partApprove and publish.
The Triple A.
An angle holds six-figure spend when three things line up: the right argument, at the right awareness stage, for the right avatar.
- Argument
- The reason to buy, said the way your customer would say it.
- Awareness
- How much they already know about the problem, and about you. It decides what the ad has to say first.
- Avatar
- The one person the ad is for, and the moment they’re in when it reaches them.
Miss one and finding a winner turns into luck.
All 14 of your angles are built on all three.
One angle, four ads.
Each of your 14 angles arrives as four statics, some with the product and some without. Here’s one for an invented sleep product, and why it works.
-
Avatar
A scroll stopper.
The clock they keep seeing at 3am. The right person recognises it in half a second, stops, and reads the line. It doesn’t look like an ad, so their guard stays down.
-
Argument
A moment they’ve lived.
The line is something that happened to them this week. A cold viewer stops for their own problem. The magnesium can wait.
-
Awareness
No product up front.
Someone who’s never heard of you buys into the problem first. The product gets one line here, and shows up small in two of the four.
-
Meta’s rules
Built to pass review.
No disease names, no promises about sleep, and the disclaimer every supplement ad needs.
The other three ads for this angle
Cold, with product
Same line, product small
The problem still comes first and the tub stays in the corner. Meta decides which version it prefers.
Cold, no product
Native
The search they typed at 3am, turned into the ad. It looks like their own phone, so they read it.
Cold, with product
New hook
The morning after: a new first line and a new picture. Same angle, another way in.
Example ads for an invented product, made for this page. Yours are built in your colours, from your own product photos.
Your best ad is the judge.
You pay me nothing until a new ad beats it, in your account, on your numbers.
A new ad wins when Meta gives it real budget and it brings in purchases for less than your best ad. The test runs on your usual testing budget, which goes to Meta as always. After 14 days, one of two things is true.
- One of them wins
- I keep it selling and find the one that replaces it, for a monthly fee set by your brand’s size. You’ll know the number before the test starts.
- None of them wins
- You keep all 56 ads and owe nothing.
Either way, all 56 ads are yours.
Day 14 readout
Example| Ad | Spend | Cost per purchase |
|---|---|---|
| Your best ad | $4,120 | $38.40 |
| Angle 4Winner | $2,960 | $31.20 |
| Angle 11 | $910 | $44.10 |
| Angle 2 | $430 | $52.60 |
| 11 other angles | $380 | $71.90 |
Example only, not a real account. Meta moved budget to angle 4 because it brought in purchases for less than your best ad. That’s a win.
You work with me, directly.

I’m Yash Sharma. I read your ads, write every line and build every static myself. No account managers, no handoffs, and I answer my own email.
I’m not here to replace your designer or video team. I find the angle worth their time and prove it as a static first, so your team only films ideas that already sell.

Before you book.
Anything else, ask me on the call. Book a 15-minute call
Who is this for?
Ecommerce brands that sell their own product and already run Meta ads every month. If you’re not running ads yet, it’s too early, and I’ll tell you so. It isn’t for logos, websites, media buying, or a promised return on ad spend, which nobody honest can give.
What’s an angle?
A different reason to buy, said in a way the right person recognises. Each of your 14 angles is built as four static ads, so one weak design can’t sink a good idea.
Do you need access to my ad account?
No. I need your product photos and a 15-minute call. You publish the ads wherever you normally test new ones, and we read the results together from a screenshot. Your account stays yours, and none of the spend comes to me.
Can we start smaller?
Yes. I can start with one angle for your best seller, built as four static ads. If you like it, I’ll do the other 13.
Where are your case studies?
HookLabs is new, so I don’t have client results to show yet. You can see the work at the top of this page, and the first round is on me, so you judge it in your own account before you pay for anything.
Will the ads look AI-made?
No. Every ad is built from your real product photos and checked at full size before you see it. If anything looks generated, like plastic skin or a label that isn’t quite yours, it doesn’t go out.
Will the ads get approved?
They’re built to be. Every line is checked against Meta’s current ad rules for your category before you see it: no claims your product can’t back up, nothing that puts down how anyone looks, and any disclaimer your category needs.
We already have a designer and a video team.
Keep them. I find the angle and prove it as a static, and your team makes more of what’s already working.
Why statics?
A static tests an angle for a fraction of what a video costs, and two weeks tells you whether it’s worth filming.
Bring your best ad.
Fifteen minutes on what you sell and what you want your ads to do next. I’ll have looked through your live ads before we talk, so we spend the time on your account.
